Last night, Sharples Year 7 boys took on St Catherines in an away fixture. It was a tough game with the wind really throwing the boys off their game. Sharples opened the scoring with a fantastic strike by Dan Wright, St Catherine’s struck back twice before half time, taking the lead. Sharples came out fighting in the second half but couldn’t get the ball in the net, St Catherine’s managed to snatch another as the game ended 3-1.
