Our Year 10s took on Little Lever in the cup this week in, what turned out to be, a great tie. Little Lever were quick out of the blocks and found themselves 3-0 up early in the match. Sharples managed to get it back to 3-3 through goals from Raif, Haruna and a wonder goal from Harvey. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough as Little Lever scored again to make it 4-3 and with that the tie was over, Little Lever took control and won 7-3. ‘Man of the Match’ was Isaac and the team should be proud of themselves as, at no point, did they give up. Onto the next one!
