United Kingdom Mathematics Trust Challenge

Well done to all the participants who took part in the Intermediate United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) challenge last week. Pupils from Year 9 and 10, as well as one pupil from year 8, Feroz Nayyar, competed in the national competition. Our pupils showed resilience as they balanced preparing for the competition with completing their mid year assessments. We look forward to sharing the results in the forthcoming weeks were we are certain that their hard work and dedication will have paid off.

Lower school pupils will have the chance to compete in the Junior UKMT challenge in April.  In preparation for this challenge, they will join Mrs McCawley and the Maths Ambassadors on a Wednesday lunchtime to prepare for the competition.
