The Night at the Museum!

By 27 January 2017June 2nd, 2021No Comments

On Friday Night, 100 Year 7 pupils travelled to Birmingham to sleep overnight in the Think Tank Science Museum!

On arrival, they enjoyed the ‘Energy Show’ which took them on a journey through the 9 different forms of energy from Light to Sound.

The students then had to put their learning to the test by building a chain reaction machine where one object causes another to fall over…the longest chain reaction built was 4 metres in length and involved over 30 objects!

After (not much) sleep the students enjoyed a morning with the animals at the West Midlands Safari Park.

A huge thank you to all the staff who gave up their weekend to accompany the pupils. You definitely earned a lie-in on Sunday morning!
