We have had a number of activities taking place this week in the Maths department as part of STEM week. Students have been tower building in lessons and taking part in various competitions during form time and lunchtime, including the Pi Day Quiz, the Year 7 Countdown Competition, the Year 7 Maths Fest! and the Year 8 Whodunnit (see separate article about this activity). Students have really enjoyed developing their maths and problem solving skills while having some fun.
