Our annual Sports Day had a slightly different theme to it this year. We had 15 different activities for all of our students to take part in including two inflatable assault courses, a total wipeout machine, ultimate frisbee and dancercise to name but a few! All year groups, from Year 7-10, took part in the event which gave students the opportunity to have six periods of fun and physical activity along with their peers and form tutors. Students also had the chance to compete in some inter-form competitions in football, rounders and dodgeball. The finals of which will be taking place on the last day of term. All pupils (and staff) had a fantastic experience which was made even better by the glorious weather! We will be repeating the event next year with some even bigger and better activities planned for every student at Sharples.
