On Sunday 1st May, Rowan (Year 7) won both a gold and silver medal in the Bolton Artistic Club competition held at Smithills School. She was awarded gold at Cadet level, which is just above her age range in the Tudor Waltz and Siesta Tango. The silver medal was earned in Espoir, which is her age range skating the Swing Foxtrot and Rhythm Blues. This competition was a practice run for the British Championships where she will be skating over two weekends in June. We wish her good luck for her next venture!
