On Tuesday, a number of our STAR students represented Sharples in an inclusive swim event. Sharples students gained a bronze medal but – more importantly – won the ‘spirit award’, meaning they encouraged other schools and demonstrated sportsmanship throughout the event.
Well done to all who took part in what was a fantastic, inclusive swimming competition in Bolton.
It was also great to see a number of out ex-students officiating the event as part of Bolton Sixth Form sports leaders.
