Twenty six Year 8 pupils visited Ingleton Falls Waterfall Trail, Carnforth on a Geography fieldtrip as part of the ‘Amazing Landscapes’ unit. Pupils took part in a 4.5km walk through the River Twiss gorge, visiting spectacular waterfalls along the route, finishing in the picturesque village of Ingleton. The trip offered the students a real life view of some of the landforms studied in their lessons.
