Bolton College are holding a Year 11 Students and Parents Event to Promote Post-16 Choices. This event will give those who attend the chance to find out about the variety of opportunities that Bolton has to offer to students once they finish Year 11. Staff from all of Bolton’s sixth forms, colleges and training organisations will be available to provide information and answer questions about the courses they have on offer to Post-16 students including A Levels and Apprenticeship courses. Local and national employers have also been invited to the event to talk about routes into their specific occupational areas. In addition, representatives from Connexions will be available to provide careers information, advice and guidance, including support for students wishing to go directly into employment. The event will take place at Bolton College on Deane Road on Monday 7th October 2019 and will run between 3.30pm and 7.00pm for you to drop in as you choose.
