This week our Astrogirls Lily, Zeena and Rowan visited High Lawn Primary to teach Year 5 pupils all about Astronomy.
The Astrogirls initiative was started by the girls, with Miss Molyneux, to get more girls into Science and in particular Astronomy.
The girls taught two Year 5 classes all about the moon phases, constellations and planets. The young pupils at High Lawn had a great time!
Over the next few months, the girls plan to visit all of our local primary schools to spread the word about awesome astronomy!
