Last week, I was privileged to be a part of the process to appoint our senior school leaders for 2017-18. Twelve Year 10 pupils were shortlisted for the available positions and each applicant delivered a formal presentation to the interview panel followed by answering a series of grilling questions.
The standard of all the presentations was exceptionally high and the applicants spoke with passion about their personal achievements and with pride about being a member of Sharples School.
The decision making process was difficult as all twelve applicants excelled and I am confident that each of them will be a fantastic ambassador for Sharples over the next twelve months. I look forward to working with them all in their new leadership positions!
