Following the latest government updates regarding weekly testing for Covid-19 in schools, Sharples is looking for volunteers to help us with the management and delivery of our new testing plan for staff and pupils, which will start from 11th January 2021.
We are looking for volunteers to help the school carry out a variety of roles, including:
- organising people and equipment
- processing and assisting with the tests
- completing additional admin
- cleaning and managing the testing areas
The testing plan and all tasks will be fully managed by the school’s senior leadership team, and no previous experience or skills are needed. Appropriate training, supervision and full PPE will be provided to all volunteers.
If you are available immediately on a weekly basis, we would love to hear from you. Whether you are a parent, community member or just have spare time on your hands, every little help will be invaluable as we work to make sure that everyone at Sharples will return to a safe and enjoyable learning environment in 2021.
