On Wednesday this week, some of our Year 10 students participated in The National Apprenticeship Show which allowed our students to understand the different post-16 career pathways and options available to them. It also enabled them to think about the requirements of their future career goals and how they will achieve them. There were numerous Apprenticeship ‘exhibitors’ such as JCB, Virgin Media, NHS, Barclays and many more which they could visit and speak to ‘virtually’. The exhibitors informed the students about the different apprenticeships which might be available to them and what subjects, financial support etc they may offer.
