This term started off with an interactive and engaging jobs workshop for a group of our Year 9 pupils. Richard, on behalf of the IGD company, and Christine and Lauren who also volunteered, gave a brilliant presentation exploring the various jobs in the food sector. Pupils then discussed the importance of first impressions and gained tips on what to do and what not do when in an interview which they later put into practice during mock interviews.
Fun, friendly and informative, the pupils thoroughly enjoyed the session and came away having learned a lot.
