The Sharples Fantasy Football league started this past weekend with 60 players joining our league. It was a difficult week for managers with the average points being just 37 across the whole platform, but a special mention has to go to Aimee Williams (7S) who scored an impressive 65 points to take her to the summit of the table. Mr Simpson was the highest scoring staff member with 43 points which places him in 18th place in the table. There were several great games that took place including Liverpool’s draw with last year’s champions, Manchester City.
There are no games scheduled to take place until 16th October to allow the International break, so managers will have until then to make any changes or transfers!
Don’t forget that the Fantasy Football club is at Friday Lunch Time at 12:45 with Mr Charlton in G31.
