On Thursday, Sharples School took a select group of Year 10 pupils to Runshaw College for a taster day. Pupils had the opportunity to experience what a day as a college student entailed as they spent time in lessons as well as learning about the application and interview process.  They were almost made aware of the entry requirements. Pupils were provided with a personalised timetable allowing them to spend time in the subjects and courses they are interested in applying for next year. It was a brilliant opportunity for pupils to spend time at Runshaw College in lessons that were of interest to them before they take their options at the start of the next academic year. A huge thank you goes to Mrs N. Smith, Ms Harrison and Mr Stanier for accompanying the pupils throughout the day.
