On Monday this week, our Year 10 Religious Studies GCSE students went to places of worship around Liverpool and ended the trip with a fabulous meal at Archie’s. The students visited the Liverpool Cathedral and the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral where they were able to look at the Sacraments in detail. Along with this, they had the opportunity to visit the first ever mosque in Britain; Abdullah Quilliam Mosque where they gained further information about worship in Islam.

This was a very informative and enjoyable experience for our pupils who feel this trip has given them in-depth knowledge about worship in Christianity & Islam.
