Ten Year 9 pupils travelled to Bolton University on Monday to take part in a Maths Activity day. The sessions were run by an educational consultant with many years of experience in advising and contributing to the UK Maths Trust. The sessions were designed to improve motivation, confidence and attainment in Maths with an emphasis on Maths topics already taught in School. The many varied activities involved card sorts, a treasure hunt and a race against the clock!
