On Wednesday 19th October, local primary schools attended our annual Numeracy Bee. With the support from our Maths Ambassadors, all teams took part in an action packed relay. All teams had to apply their teamwork and problem solving skills. Maisie, from the Oaks, even commented that she “Didn’t know that maths could be such fun!” The pink team (from The Valley) applied great logic and took first place. They were closely followed by the red team (also from The Valley) and the green team from The Oaks. Thank you to all who took part, your enthusiasm and stamina made for a great event!
