The under thirteen cricket team continued their excellent start to the season with an emphatic win over Essa Academy. Once again, Sharples won the toss and elected to bowl and put the opposition under pressure from the start. Marcus Jackson and Matthew Senior immediately started to take wickets and again the team showed great strength in depth when sharing the bowling out. Essa struggled to score runs whilst Sharples continued to take wickets with Ashrafi nearly taking a hat trick. Marcus Jackson made a man of the match debut for Sharples and hit 33 runs in only 5 overs to guide Sharples to another convincing win.
