On Saturday 14th January Cherie U travelled down to Sheffield Institute of Sport to compete in the North of England Athletics Championships. Competing in the U17 60m as a lower age, Cherie managed a very impressive 2nd place in the final and also secured a PB time of 7.80 seconds. This is a fantastic achievement and sets Cherie up nicely for the Nationals next month where she will compete against athletes across the country.
