On Thursday this week we welcomed Shaun Dempsey from the University of Bath to who delivered the December Good 2 Great Lecture. Since being taught by Miss Molyneux in 2009 Shaun has studied Astrophysics at the University of Lancaster and is now working towards a PhD in Bath in Atmospheric Physics. He has travelled the world with Physics visiting everywhere from giant telescopes in La Palma to weather probes in the Antarctic!
He had some great advice for our listening students including keeping your options open by studying a breadth of subjects with dedication and take every opportunity!
