On Saturday the Sharples Association PTA organised a ‘bag pack’ at Asda on Blackburn Rd to raise funds for the Transition Summer School for Year 6 pupils.
Over fifty pupils along with a superb turnout of staff representatives gave up their time to man the tills and pack shopping bags for Asda customers. An impressive £956 was raised… a new record!
