On Tuesday 3rd September we welcome our new Year 7 intake for their first day at Sharples. This day will consist of a number of activities aimed at settling pupils into the school. In the afternoon we will hold our inaugural Tie Ceremony presenting each pupil with a school tie.
Pupils are expected to arrive at school promptly at 8.45am. Parents are invited to join us for the Tie Ceremony and should arrive at 1.00pm. This will be followed by an opportunity for parents and pupils to meet and converse with staff whilst enjoying high tea including cakes baked by the pupils.
Year 8 to 11 pupils are to return on Wednesday 4th at 8.45am as usual.
