A Charitable Christmas at Sharples

By 17 December 2020June 2nd, 2021No Comments

The Sharples family have gone above and beyond this term with their contributions to the local community and charities.

On Thursday 10th December both staff and pupils celebrated the Christmas jumper non-uniform day (see pictures below). There were some outstanding festive efforts and over £1000 was raised, which will be donated to Bolton Hospice and Bolton NHS.

The Sharples staff have excelled themselves in supporting the Bolton le Moors Rotary club toy appeal. New toys have been donated by our staff and these will be distributed by the Rotary club to support families in the local community (see pictures below).

There have also been amazing individual charity efforts such as by Aishah Mohmed. Who raised over £200 for Bolton Hospice through making and selling cakes. Whysup recognised this amazing achievement and awarded Aishah with a £50 JD voucher. Well done Aishah!
