Last Friday, the Year 10 Art and Design students had a specialist session on face painting delivered by our very own Mrs. Barlow from the Hearing Impaired Unit. Mrs. Barlow is a professional face painter and brought in her extensive range of colours, sponges and brushes for students to use. She demonstrated a range of techniques before letting students loose with their brushes! They got to work creating their own ‘Day of the Dead’ inspired designs on their faces and arms. Within just minutes, the lovely class transformed into scary skulls with skeleton hands! Thanks to all involved.
