Urban Outreach Summer Meals

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well and looking forward to the summer holidays. As you may or may not be aware, for the last four years Urban Outreach, along with many other partner organisations and volunteers have run the Bolton Lunches project. This project provides free packed lunches to all children of school age who would normally be entitled to free school dinners during the term time. As I am sure you are all too aware, many families rely greatly on the free school dinners and struggle during the summer holidays to provide for their children. We hope to reduce that burden on families by providing a healthy pack lunch with fresh sandwiches, cereal bars, drinks, fruit and some baked crisps.

Our challenge each year is making sure that all these families are aware of this project and where they can go to pick up their free packed lunch. Click here to view all the sites across Bolton where families can go to get their lunch. We would really appreciate it if you could circulate this to all the pupils and parents/careers in school before you break up for the summer.

If you would like to know more about what we do, please do not hesitate to contact myself, Samuel Bagley on 01204 385848 and I will be happy to answer any of your questions. Alternatively, you can visit our website, www.urbanoutreach.co.uk to find out more.

Thank you so much for your support and I hope you have a restful summer.

Yours Faithfully,

Samuel Bagley
