Celebrating Success in STEM!

Congratulations to Fatima Adam, Tuba Ibrahim, Libby McKee, Isabel Chamberlain and Ruby Oliver in Year 10. These pupils have successfully accomplished a nationally recognised Crest Award as part of an on-going extra-curricular scientific project completed during their lunch breaks.

The students each achieved a certificate that can be used to enhance their UCAS personal statements for further study at college.

The group chose their own topic to study and created a life size human anatomy Model researching how each of the organs worked.

If you are interested in completing a Crest Award, please speak with Mrs Singleton in S7. Bring along your ideas and group members. Find out more about what inspires or interests you and gain a nationally recognised certificate as evidence for your efforts. This is a fantastic enrichment opportunity and the possibility for projects is endless!
