The ‘Golden Whisk’ competition is an in-house cooking competition, where staff at Mellors Catering Services compete against each other in heats to win a bespoke trophy amongst other prizes. Their winning dish will then feature on Mellors Catering Services’ menus across the estate.
Judges were whisked off their feet with Anisha’s Chana Chat and Bombay potatoes accompanied by a selection of various spicy starters. The culinary delights sent taste buds into overdrive which landed her the title of Golden Whisk Winner 2016.
