During half term, fifty six of our Year 11 pupils made the thirty hour long drive to Barcelona for a week of revision and sightseeing. Each morning the students worked in groups revising for Maths, English and Science, followed by a dip in the pool, topped with cultural tours of Catalonia in the afternoon.
The group visited the Nou Camp Stadium, La Sagrada Familia, the Barcelona Aquarium and the famous Las Ramblas as well as enjoying a masquerade ball with masks ranging from a horse’s head, to a minion, with even ‘Mr Savage’ paying an unexpected visit!
The trip was a wonderful experience and many new friends were made. Thank you to all staff and pupils who travelled to Spain.
