All 4 Houses (Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn & Venus) have had their house assemblies and are ready for the upcoming events.
Inter-House Bake-Off
Inter-House Bake-Off will see each house have one day to sell as many cakes as they can at break & lunch.
Monday 28th November – Jupiter.
Tuesday 29th November – Mercury.
Wednesday 30th November – Saturn.
Thursday 1st December – Venus.
Then, on Thursday 1st December, each house will need to bake one special cake that will decide the ‘House Champion’.
If, as parents or guardians, you wish to contribute to the baking, then please do – tell your son/daughter how many cakes you will bake and they will tell their form tutor.
Inter-House Sharples’ Got Talent
We know that our students have hidden talents and we want to see them in front of a live audience. Students have submitted their names, so thank you to them. Auditions will start week beginning Monday 21st November.
This month, we are also supporting ‘Movember’. Staff are growing beards/moustaches to support the charities linked to see this cause. All monies raised, through selling cakes, will go to this great cause.

Along with inter-house attendance and rewards, it is a packed month! We will finish with house banquets in the final week of this term.
